Crazy that Minnesota is a 2.5-point favorite over the 49ers IN San Fran.

Who would have thought that a year ago?

In all seriousness, the Vikings are the team that I can not figure out. They can bring a running game with them with AD, but he hasn't played all pre-season, so can you trust him to be ready?

Will Zim let Norv turn the Vikes into the Cowboys of the North, as they have the pieces, except a star WR to be a great offensive team. They remind me a lot of the 90 Cowboys, good but not good enough yet.

The Cowboys probably have the best offensive line the NFL has seen in 5-6 years, right?

It's hard to lose that often when you have an outstanding line and a very good quarterback, unless their defense is just atrocious. They did lose the starting corner, though.

Name a single personnel group that NO has an edge in talent over the Cowboys? Dallas will be a favorite on the road for that game.

Scandrick being out is the worst thing to happen to Dallas. Claiborne has proven he is not a NFL caliber DB.

Really bad, yeah. I wonder if they'll try to bring someone else in. I don't trust Claiborne, either.

Which is crazy, because I thought he was one of the best corners I'd ever seen coming out of college since the turn of the century. His ball skills were ridiculous.

Romo was a better quarterback than Brees last season.

But that's not a debate to have on this board.

The Cowboys have won the past two years in Arlington. Before that the Giants were 4-0 at AT&T but I think the tides have changed.

And Saints fans accuse Cowboy fans of living in the past.

For the first 4 games maybe. Once Hardy gets back I think Dallas has the better line on both sides of the ball.

wonder if the RBBC will make a difference this year. You don't just trot out some journeyman RB and think he'll have a good year b/c the O-line is superb.

Murray was a big time loss for Dallas.

The Running game will be fine, they have 3 RB's that have proven to be good enough and a 4th who can spell them. The problem is Linnehan better not get to acting like Cal and trying to throw the thing all day. Dallas has to run the ball to win, plain and simple. They do not need 1800 from 1 guy, but they need 1500 from all 3 of them, which is very doable.

The Cowboy offense is so simple and the way Linnehan sets up everything is simple, but it is effective.

5-2 and I am one of the biggest Cowboys haters on the planet

Garrett has finally learned how to play to his strengths. Pound the rock and safe passes for Romo behind that beastly line.

Cowboys / Packers / Seahawks / healthy Cards would be the 4 best teams in the NFC.

Can you name the leading rusher in New England last year without checking a website? RBBC can and does work. RBs get hurt the NFL has gone pass happy with the new rules.

maybe... maybe not.

even if Dallas had brought him back, I'd imagine they would have scaled back some of his carries. That was a shite ton of carries last year for him.

i just think they'll miss him big time. Its hard to get consistency in a RBBC.

if they have to start chucking the ball around the yard a lot again... we know what will happen.

Romo will go for 4k and people will think going 35/47 with 1 int and 3 td is awful because the 1 int is in a bad spot.
