Those markings are bold, but in its habitat it's very difficult to see. Slow mover.

My "fear snake" is the Black Mamba. Fast and aggressive.

Amazing snake, I have always liked those. Interesting tid bit for yall, they have the largest fangs of any venomous snakes at around 2"s. I think they may also produce the most venom.

Gaboon and Russel's vipers are awesome and have their purpose in nature

All 3 of these serpents are of the family Viperidae Family and can be found exclusively in Africa.
