Do you not produce any output at your work? How can one pretend to work and have even management fooled? What do you do?

I am on the computer all day long. That's why it's easy to pop in here sometimes while that person is taking 2 hour breaks a couple times a day. It's easy for her to fool them. We are a group that works together for a common goal. A few of us, including me, work really hard all day. The rest only do what is absolutely required of them, but the end result is still accomplished. The manager has a soft hand, and doesn't really manage. The manager is here by length of time on the job, and not because of management skills. The owner is here very little. Just long enough to make sure the work is getting done. No one is closely monitored, but I care about my work and want to do it well, so I get it done. If that person wants to waste time and not do anything, fine, (although I would fire them if I were the manager). I just want them to not be an arse by trying to make it look like they're working hard just because they are finally doing something for a change. I mean come on, just do it and be quiet! Lol...thanks for reading to my rant.
