Had one at LSU, I was so Kenna that I put Daytons on it

Miss that car, I went on vacation and a friend who dropped me off at the airport drove it out to the lake and got rear ended and it was totaled out.
Out of every car I had, it was my favorite to drive and the most comfortable.

Can we get a pic of this car, you know, just for reference to see if it's acceptable for the OP?

My R6 is worth more than that truck. This thread is fantastic.

To be fair a truck is a truck. What gets me is he posted the most solid Chevy truck ever built as his example of a POS vehicle, then drives one of the most problematic Chevy trucks of all time.
To many a truck that size is silly unless you haul stuff or need that size, especially living in a city.

I can see a large 11 year old truck being a turn off to some too.

It's best not to judge people on what they drive, but rather how they drive and how clean they keep it.

I drive a 2007 truck with 135k miles. I guess I won't be making out with Hammertime anytime soon.

I dated a girl that drove a Bronco II, this was early 2000s, 03-04. Doesn't get much more POS than that.

What she lacked in nice vehicle she made up in eagerness.

I worked in banking for a while and an older banker gave me some advice.

"Don't judge a man's wealth until you see the shoes on his feet and the tires on his truck."

Kind of silly, but I learned quickly what he meant. You would see a guy with a nice truck struggling to save and a guy with an old, beaten up truck who had a lot of money in different accounts.
