Drago. Li's weakness was his stomach, if a punch from Parades' overrated arse could jar Li imagine what a bare-knuckle 1800 PSI Soviet hurt bomb would do to him.

Chong Li IIRC kind of liked to walk casually towards his opponent with his arms dropped so, unless he got a little more practical, I can't imagine this going well for him.
