During the few game stint that he was starting, he held the crown as the worst starter in the league by a wide margin.
Anyone who plays well against LeBron in a regular season game is far from being the worst starter in the league period.

Who cares where he ranks as a starter. He isn't a starter and shouldn't be starting. He's bench depth. He provides the bench with effective 3P shooting and defends some of the bigger SFs somewhat effectively. He impressed the hell out of me when he was asked to guard Lebron and Carmelo. No, he didn't shut them down, but he also didn't get abused, and those guys abuse a lot of players in this league. If that's your 10th or 11th man, you're doing okay.

Agreed. Every team needs a guy who exists solely to shoot threes. Babbitt does that for us.

And he'll be much more effective if the coaches can make him shoot quicker. His shooting motion is good enough, he just hesitates so often.

After say, guy 9 on the roster, I want my end of bench guys to either fit a particular niche or just be a developmental young raw talent. 3 point shooting, defense, etc, just be good at one thing. Babbitt fills that.

If they find a way to snag KJ, how good top to bottom will this roster be?
1 AD
2 Holiday
3 Evans
4 Gordon
5 Ryno
6 Asik
7 Pondexter
8 Ajinca
9 Cole
10 Cunningham
11 McDaniels
12 Babbitt
13 Withey
14 Vet Min
Before any rocketards come by and get the wrong idea, I'm not comparing it to the rest of the league, just recent starting day rosters for the Hornicans. They still need an upgrade at SF, but I remember when Lance Thomas was like our 7th or 8th guy.

That's a very, very solid roster if healthy.
Is it a championship or WCF roster? Probably not. But its still a very good roster.
Lots of talented players that are still pretty young, lots of players that fill a very specific role and are good role players. It all really depends on healthy.
Its a roster that could still use an upgrade on the wings, and if we are ever at a point to make a real championship run, the bottom of the roster needs to be extremely legit vet depth looking to ring chase.
But its a good start.

I remember when Greg Steisma started for us...
At the beginning of last season I remember thinking that the Pels had 6 NBA level players. The roster you listed probably has 11-12 that are already locked up for the season, enough said.

Hate to be this guy, but...
"resign" = to voluntarily leave something
"re-sign" = to sign again

Then don't be. You might as well be telling people to stop typing lol instead of laughs out loud. resign rather than re-sign is part of the well established and understood vernacular around here.
