I saw John Oliver last night and he had a good 7-8 minute bit on LFC... more so about meeting his heroes w/James Bond (D. Craig) on their US tour.. pretty funny... wish I could remember it more..
Anyway, Happy New Year frickers!! Wish the game wasn't so early tomorrow morning, going to see The Gories and Oblivians tonight and it may be a late one...

No Hendo, Sturridge, Milner or Origi tomorrow. Coutinho has been, seemingly, non existent since he came back from injury. Need a goal from him tomorrow. Which will probably happen since I just dropped him from my fantasy squad.

So, I guess we should expect the same set up as at SAFC, with possibly Lucas partnering Can in the middle? Or.. maybe Allen?
It'll be interesting to see the bench, since we have no other first team strikers and slim in the middle and at the back..

West Hams strength is the power of their midfield. Kouyate and Song are brutes in the midfield so our boys will have to battle for that tomorrow

Allen is back from being ill, so he should be good to go. But yeah, I think it's Lucas + Can.

I'm trying to figure out how this could be different and I keep coming up empty. It will take some time for Klopp to get rid of the Rodger's "talent" but I am looking at this year as a try out. If we get anything out of this year I will be ecstatic but I am very comfortable with our biggest addition.

Oh no, don't get me wrong, I am too, but sometimes it's just frustrating to watch still... I for one hope he brings in at least a few guys this month just to help out a little bit

Andy Carroll....Jesus. I agree with the announcer in that he said Klopp will have plenty of ammunition to go to FSG and sell the fact that this club in it's current set up is sorely lacking in many ways. We were not going to get over the way we did transfer business under BR overnight.
