In short..
Secretly invite him in, once in, murder him with a weapon I bought off the street. then plant the same weapon on him that I used to kill him with. Get his fingerprints on it etc.
Say I came home and he was waiting inside, wrestled the weapon from him and used it. If there was earlier reports of him stalking it would look good on paper.

They need to snatch his arse up in a bear trap.

It's probably some very poor taste prank. I don't know. I'd be pretty freaked out. Whether I wpuld dismiss it completely or not would depend on how specific the detail 'The Watcher' seems to know about my family.

I hate how litigious our country has gotten, but that is fricked up to sell a house you know comes with a threatening stalker.
so tell us about your litigious experience. Would you rather the new owner go punch the seller in the face?

Yeah, that sort of stuff doesn't really work outside of movies.

So they can afford a $1.3 million dollar house but not a security system to keep out some child molester

Whole thing sounds like a movie

Talk about pending vacation on Facebook. Have the family spend a couple of night with grandma while you sit patiently in a dark home for intruder.

put out a gameday sign for a few days saying Come at me bro.

Why go public with it ? i don't see the logic in going public from a law enforcement or business perspective.

Probably an overattached stripper hung up on the husband she blew a couple of times.

I asked the (prior owners) to bring me young blood,' the first letter, dated June 5, read.
Title defect?
ETA: Looks like that is what they are claiming.
"The family, too fearful to have ever moved into the six bedroom home, is now suing the previous owners on claims they knew about The Watcher and failed to disclose the information."

This is interesting. I work with a few people that live in Westfield. It is a very affluent town.
Been to Westfield a few times, really nice town. This is strange.

I would learn to become a ninja in China. Nobody messes with ninjas who train in China, or is it Japan?

I'd go ahead and burn it down and collect insurance money. Pretty good probable cause that it is the stalker, assuming its not too obvious.

Would you flee your new home or stand your ground?
After closing on a $1.3 million dollar home? My happy arse wouldn't be going anywhere.
I wish a mother fricker would come at me.
