I'm not saying the police didn't use semi-automatic weapons, but you should never be undergunned...

I don't know why you insist on this being an "upstanding biker club" versus the "overzealous police"..

You're one of those bash them in public, but then call them crying when you need something, hoping they will get their sooner than they can..

Not to detract from the biker discussion, but how worthless is that article? Semi-automatic gun fire? Assault weapons? The media's total ignorance about guns is just mind numbing.

Police are under no specific legal duty to protect you and yours. They protect the state. Courts have upheld that time and again. That's why the 2nd amendment is so important.

Go back in this thread and you'll repeatedly see where I've said any biker who was guilty in taking part in any illegal activity, that includes a gun fight, should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. But that does not fit your narrative so you just keep on ignoring that fact.

And speaking of "insisting" I don't know why you insist on lumping together all 170 people they arrested and claiming they "had it coming" when there is overwhelming evidence that the vast majority of them did nothing wrong whatsoever. But once again, that does not fit your narrative so you'll ignore those facts as well. And now you're ignoring the mounting evidence that the 9 dead and almost 30 injured were probably almost all shot by the police in an massive overreaction to a fight and the majority of those people had nothing to do with the fight. To you they're just biker trash so who gives a shite if they were massacred by the police.

More ignorance on your part. You don't know jack shite about me. But like the rest of this story, you ignore anything that does not fit your negative viewpoint.

Really? How about this guy?

The AP version would also explain how Vietnam veteran Jesus Delgado Rodriguez, who was not a member of any club and who had just gotten out his automobile was shot in the head and torso.

Why in your estimation did an unarmed Vietnam vet who does not even belong to any club deserve to die that day?

I know you keep posting some old bikers blog...Put some facts out there...

I see ZERO negative in these bikers being in jail

Who says he wasn't going for a gun...Your own "reports" say that weapons were in vehicles..

Killing unarmed civilians by firing hundreds of rounds wildly into a crowd is the cops job? OK.

There you go again seeing what you want to see and ignoring everything else. I just posed a AP article from the Star Telegram that corroborates everything from that "old bikers blog" but you choose to ignore that like you've chosen to ignore so many other facts of this case.

The report says he was unarmed. Keep spinning though and jumping thorough all sorts of convoluted and absurd hoops to justify what happened.

So it's official. You're on record as being fully in support of the police killing innocent unarmed people just because you don't like the way they look. Wow.

That isn't what happened here, no matter how bad you want that to be the case

Yep Darth. This whole mess is very unfortunate. It should have never happened in the first place. I still shake my head thinking about how this all went down. It's tragic that an alleged innocent man died that day. Yet, none of this would have happened had they just held their little meeting, perhaps drank a few beers and enjoyed the fellowship. But, somebody started this mess knowing the cops were outside. It's unfortunate no doubt bro. But, hind sight means this should never happen again. The bikers need to act like adults and respect civies.

Ugh. What a mess. No matter how this turns out, this will always just be a fexkin mess to me. Shoulda never happened.

wait what?

gun rights activists consistently say that we need to keep everything as legal as possible in case a bad guy needs to be taken down.

how can you say that he wasnt getting his gun to help the cops if you are going to try and go with the "Well maybe he was getting a gun" argument?

He shouldn't have been. Only an idiot would go for his gun in that situation.

Once the cops arrive, we just need you to be a good witness.
