Boyata isn't ready.

Nacho and rekik will likely get minutes this year. Lopes is a possibility as well.

Any idea what Denayer's doing this season? IMO, he's good enough for City right now.

From what I've seen, city want him or rekik playing in the championship. I would imagine they'll evaluate and put one of them on the main squad. I really like Denayer but Rekik has been solid in the Dutch league.

If I was to bet on it, Denayer gets one more season on loan and he's in the squad.

Any Fulham fans have some insight on Seko Fofana? Marseille are interested in acquiring him from City.

Anyone?

I can't believe there aren't any Fulham fans here. Everyone jumped on the bandwagon when Dempsey went there.

Fofana has some city fans quietly excited. Haven't seen him much but the general feeling I get from city boards is that he's raw but plays hard and shows some real promise.

City's started early last week. It isn't transfer season until Kun is linked to Madrid. I think it happened Tuesday

From what I saw, he's a box to box type of central midfielder. Very athletic, strong, that's his strength. More than a bit raw with his touch and passing. He didn't really stand out, outside of just his sheer athleticism. Fulham were a shite show for the most part, though.

Diego Costa wants to come back to Atlético. He has not settled in London and does not rule out taking a drop in salary.

The Spanish-Brazilian forward left Atlético in the summer of 2014. Chelsea paid his buy-out clause, quoted as being €36 million, in full. Despite the muscular problems he has been having over the past few months, his first season at Chelsea has been brilliant, ending up as one of the highest goalscorers in the Premier League, with 20 strikes from barely 26 games.

But although he has had a successful season with Mourinho and Co., Diego Costa is not happy at Chelsea. The problem is that he has not settled in London - the wet English climate, the language, the food.

All these are key factors in Costa having contacted the Atlético de Madrid board - with whom he enjoys an excellent relationship - with a view to coming home, to the club he joined at the age of 17 and where he was a big star by the age of 25.

The player is even prepared to take a drop in salary. When he went to Chelsea he earned double what he got at Atlético, almost €7 million per season net, and he knows full well that Atlético de Madrid cannot match that.

But there is another problem in that Chelsea's intentions, and those of their owner Roman Abramovich and José Mourinho, are not to let their star forward go. Mourinho knows he has a treasure in his hands, and, injuries apart, his performances will get even better.

Would welcome it provided we have something lined up. Injury prone, suspension prone, can't create on his own etc... If they want to pay us what we paid them to get him I'd send him on his way happily.

What's the latest on Jackson Martinez? Arsenal would be insane with him and fully healthy.

Anybody see this news about Liverpool approaching Arsenal over a Sterling swap for Walcott and Gibbs. Arsene would be out of his mind to sanction that deal, imo.
