They are still televised on WGN, but not the WGN superstation that is national. They can only be seen on WGN in Chicago.

did not expect that to happen that inning. Plenty of good contact first two times through the order...get peralta to the 3rd trip through, I thought we were going to tee off on him.

Still seems crazy to me to think about.

And as many of you have noted, Starlin Castro was younger than @Addison_Russell when he hit his 1st HR. Castro was 20 in May 2010

I thought so too. One thing I do like is how early the Cubs are forcing teams to go to their bullpen. Peralta has only given up 1 run but he won't pitch into the 7th inning today. He has thrown 98 pitches through 5.

thats prolly how must of us non-Chicago people became fans. It's the 1st thing I thought of when they made the change. How many kids will not become Cubs (or Braves fans for that matter) because of it. Here in LA, everybody is either Cubs, Astros or braves with some Yankees & Red Sox sprinkled in

Kids don't like baseball...baseball is only for old people..it's dying. Don't you read the MSB?

Make this happen.

Jeff Garlin's unbridled passion for the cubs makes me happy. Just went bonkers for castro's single.

The team that spawned TOOTBLAN has to live up to it's billing.

Like the aggressive nature, but both 1st to 3rds have been very bad decisions.
