Another SEC Network/TV availability complaint thread

Yeah, I'm beating a dead horse, but it's absurd this game is not televised on actual TV.
ESPN2 was great last night, but there is non excuse to not put No.1 vs. 2 on a network devoted to the conference, in instead have Georgia/Auburn.
It ought not be this way.

You do realize ESPN2 is shown more widely than the SEC network, right?
WHat i did find interesting, was that on ESPN, the flagship, college softball was on at the same time...

ummm this game is on national tv, they are turning on the alternate channel for it, anyone who gets the sec network will be able to watch

Back in my day, we only had three channels and we had to listen to the games on the radio, with the antenna pointed in the right direction. Stop your whining.

I know for myself and many others, the SEC alt channel doesn't work. It's suppose to but for some reason the people over at directv don't seem to flip it on.

it apparently worked for the spring game though. So when something is scheduled on it (like the spring game and tonights game) you have a chance that it will in fact work.
Which is different from two games being back to back, the first game running long, and they putting the second game on alternate in the mean time.
