That's the huge problem. If they go on a dry spell, you may pick up like 8 points. If you go on dry spell, hello 20-2 run.

Yep...

And you know that run is coming for Golden St. It's inevitable.

Yea surprisingly the pels bench kept them in it at the start of q2. GSW starting unit is wrecking the pels.

None of this is unexpected.

I....agree. I mean one of the biggest reasons for voters not to give curry MVP is because he hasn't had a whole lot of clutch plays at the end of games. Obv bc he's on the bench bc they've been steamrolling teams all year.

Been at the bottom of the league defensively all year.

How does a team with Davis and Asik allow the second most points in the paint in the league this year?

Davis is very overrated as a rim protector.

I think people blame Monty for lots of things that he doesn't deserve to be blamed for, but he absolutely has been horrible with establishing a great defensive presence with Davis and Asik. McHale made Asik look like one of the best defenders in the league. I can only imagine what he could do with both of those guys.

They seem lost. GSW has had lots of uncontested or lightly contested layups in the paint.

Davis is still pretty weak by NBA big man standards. Needs to get stronger to improve his rim protection

They seem lost because they are lost. Significant difference in coaching ability and experience here.

But he has exactly what you want next to a strong center like Asik. There are very few teams that have two bangers on offense. I think with a great coach, those two would be deadly together.

A guy like bogut was considered soft defensively when he came Into the league. he worked on his strength and filled out and now he's top 3 in rim D.

Davis with his 4th foul. This game is over. If I'm Monty, I keep Davis in. Just try to get the starters playing well together. No point in benching him.

He's higher in RPM than any mvp candidate. He's fine.

Did Bogut just air ball a free throw?

I 1000000000% agree. I hope making the playoffs didn't cool off monty's seat

I know you troll with this stupidity, but there is more to defense than one singular stat.
