Things to do in San Francisco/Mountain View

I'm staying in Mountain View for the next week for work and did not have any time to plan any activities. I have three full days to myself and a few evenings after that.
I'm thinking I'll to a Giants game and tour Alcatraz. Any other can't miss things to do? I've never been here before.
Also, restaurant/bar recommendations appreciated.
I'll hang up and listen. Thanks.

Check out the Presidio and GGP. Spend a half day in each.

Most locals consider Alcatraz too touristy, but I think it's a pretty awesome tour.

They banned the "booth babes" this year. Unfortunate.

Mountain View is pretty pedestrian. Castro st. (Mt. View, not SF ) is their downtown strip. There's a decent group of restaurants and bars there. Nothing outstanding, IMO. I'd only hang out in Mt. View if I were too overwhelmed by SF.
Dolores Park is awesome, Golden Gate Park is pretty cool. Muir Woods across the Golden Gate are in fact a sight. I was disappointed by the fact that it's all walkways, but it's still beautiful. If you like craft cocktails, check out Local Edition. Just look at Yelp for whatever kind of food you're in the mood for. There's something for everyone.

Check out:
Muir Woods - that's in the north bay - you'll probably wanna do zip car for this if you don't have a rental
If you're able to on a saturday/sunday - go walk down castro st in mountain view (Not the same as castro st in SF) -
check out the computer history musem (mountain view) if you're techy
I enjoyed the Alcatraz tour, but go on a weekday and order your tix in advance.

Probably too late to get alcatraz ticks but if you can, go at night. Way colder and a little spooky.
Eating - go to house of nanking or fang. The family owns both restaurants and the menu is the same. Nanking is more or a tourist place in China Town while fang is newer and by att Park. Just tell chef fang to feed you and sit back. And snap a pic of his daughter if you can. OT 9

AT&T Park (free viewing area if you dont want to buy tix)
Dolores Park - great views, great people watching
Ferry Bldg - Take ferry to Sausalito for lunch
Golden Gate Park - it's massive
Dont go to Fisherman's Wharf unless you love crowds of tourists and Ripleys museums.

Sushi at Ryokos in Union Square. You are welcome.
Go to a Giants game at AT&T. Best stadium in baseball. They are playing the Dodgers so tickets will be high in the secondary market. Or just go see them play the Marlins next weekend.

Muir Woods.. be sure to get there early, around 9am. Any later and you risk parking far away along the side of the road.

I live in Mountain View. Couple Options here are Castro St. in Mountain View, Murphy's St. in Sunnyvale and University Ave. in Palo Alto. All nice places to eat and a few bars if you don't feel like making the drive up.
Mountain View restaurants. I suggest Stein's Beer Garden for food and bar. Tied House has $1 beer on Thursday evenings. Buffalo has good burgers and beer. Agave is a nice place too. All on Castro St. The Mongolian BBQ place is good too. $9 for all you can eat. Also don't be surprised if they charge you $6 for a beer.
If you are a nerd, the computer history museum is seriously a fun place to visit for a few hours. Well worth the admission imo. You can tour the google campus and drive around.
Mountain View and the surrounding area are nice but definitely not as exciting as San Francisco. Have fun and let me know if you need anything.
