Not a word but a saying, pulled a complete 360…that means you’re back exactly where you started.
Me and my buddies are packing our bags to come visit during football season.

Hopefully my boss lets us stay the rest of the season. Maybe we’ll be able to lower crawfish prices.
What’s the address.

Asking for a friend.
It took decades to get us to this point. It will take longer than a day, a week, a month, etc. for us to get back to where we used to be.

We cannot be unburdened by what has been.
Absolutely no issues replying to the email; however, not everything should be sent on an unclassified enclave to an unnamed email inbox.

This. Take your best explosive and firearm trafficking experts from ATF and lay off the rest, then fold those elite people and units into the FBI (which would also be massively shrunk and reorganized by that time). There is no need for the two to exist separately anymore. Secret Service duties that involve anything other than protecting the top individuals within our government also need to be moved to this new FBI/ATF combination agency, and the SS agents that are elite at counterfit detection and takedown need to be moved over - while the rest are trimmed there too. Secret Service, FBI, and ATF have several overlapping duties that could easily be rolled into one agency. Secret Service should only exist to physically protect the VIPs, FBI can handle threats against those VIPs and counterfit money operations.

So the issue with removing secret service investigative role I believe would cause an OPM issue. Agents job code is a 1811 criminal investigator. This position provides for a 25% law enforcement availability pay (leap) where you get an extra 25% of your pay to cover OT. Secret service is a rare federal agency where agents can actually get OT, especially election years.

By removing investigative functions, I believe USSS would no longer qualify for this pay and would be unable to retain or recruit folks.

Side note- I also 100% agree with Bongino that the white collar side of USSS is protected by management to ensure agents have retirement gigs at financial institutions.

Eta - also- if you’re combining atf and usss to fbi, what about DEA?
ATF is actually a very very lowercase a and T, a LARGE capital F and then a somewhat small silent e on the end.

ATF does virtually no alcohol or Tabasco cases, focus mainly on 922(g) charges which is federal felon in possession. These cases are 99.9% adoptions from local agency traffic stops and requires minimal work from agents. ATF agents will also attempt to conduct drug cases because “people who deal drugs also have guns” which should be eliminated and their mission redefined.

ATF was also founded as a regulatory component, not a federal LE arm. Glad AG reassigned the 5 atf folks who were working on alcohol and Tabasco violations to other more critical aspects. At fletc, atf doesn’t even touch on alcohol training and does a small training block on Tobacco enforcement.

ATF makes internal policies regarding some firearm attachments and attempts to threaten citizens with that. Also, fbi does BICS checks, which is what is done when you’re at academy and attempt to purchase a gun, not atf. Additionally, years ago, congress made fbi the bomb tech certifying agency which is why any certified bomb tech in the United States goes thru FBI hazardous devices school in Huntsville, including atf bomb techs. ATF runs an “internal” bomb tech school, but they do not learn how to render safe and are not fully certified.

Order through your IS senator/representatives office. Typically the most affordable flags and you get to pick size and material. For a couple extra bucks they'll fly it over the Hill before mailing it to you.
Are we also tracking officers that have been killed in the line of duty during 2017?

Had to do this about a year ago as a member going on the trip was diagnosed with cancer. Required us to submit a doctor's diagnosis form and then waited about 3 months for the refund, but they did refund full amount.

You could have a nice hog hunting and wipe out multiple hogs with 1 shot

No experience with it but I'm always cautious with 40s that small due to increased recoil and decreased magazine capacity (just my $0.02)

But if you're in the market for a small 40, I'd go with a mp shield 40 with no safety - let your finger be the safety
Congrats on the wet dream and reaching puberty
Call each ms AL and FL state police and ask them. Also, if carrying with a concealed permit, make sure you understand their laws in regards to reciprocity.

Carrying on a commission is always easier than worrying about individual states laws...

My first post I responded that he was hanging out with the anglin brothers and Frank morris. In my 2nd post I was describing their escape in a thread hijack.

Do you know who the anglin brothers are?

History channel did a very interesting special a couple months ago on their escape.

The anglins nephews produced photos of the brothers in central America from the 80's showing them owning and running a farm. History got someone to perform facial recognition and said they should pack their bags and head down to central America to investigate.

The nephews also explained how they escaped. They didn't swim like everyone has thought, instead they tied an electrical cord to the guard boat before it left and almost 'water skied' to the middle of the bay where a family friend picked them up in a boat and whisked them away.

Also produced letters that were sent to their mom on Christmas after they escaped the rock

Nothing will happen. If you don't pay they will turn it over to a collections agency and may go on your credit report. However, you call the credit reporting company to dispute the credit because you never entered into an agreement to pay the debt nor was is imposed by the courts so legally you are not responsible for it.

Just keep an eye on your credit reports and make sure to call to get it removed from your report if you're interested in your credit score.

Largest expense for me is eating out. Go to Sam's or Costco and buy your food in bulk and eat at home. You'll save money there guaranteed.

Also, cut the cord and just keep internet at home. No need for cable these days
