Enjoyed it for what it is. Tribute was amazing. Glad to finally see Tony Jaa in an American movie.

I enjoyed the movie, but I do not think it was the best one after the first time seeing, perhaps once it comes out on TV and I see it again then maybe.

1) I get Statham's character was a bada$$ but the opening scene with him in the hospital and then the fight with Hobbs were a bit much
2) Too much camera flipping during fight scenes
3) Not enough Hobbs!
4) Of all the fight scenes not one drop of blood was shed
5) Michelle Rodriguez usually doesn't do a whole lot for me, but man her in that bikini and in that red dress was

6) Rousey was a nice addition, just enough screen time
7) Kurt Russell I thought did a good job
8) I get this franchise does over the top stuff, but man they are starting push the boundaries a bit too far with using the flying cars 3 separate times
9) The ending was indeed very, very well done...The montage showing 14 years of this cast together and how many scenes this franchise has brought us was pretty nice
10) I enjoyed the movie and will watch it again once it comes out on tv....They could have killed off Statham (seriously how did he not die) and ended the franchise, but if they make more I will continue to watch them!

$384 million for opening weekend box office, $143 million domestically.
4th best all time.
Helps that there was literally nothing else to see at the movies this weekend.

I don't love a ton of tattoos, but I love some done right. She has a few too many for me normally, however she makes it work. Gorgeous chick in my opinion.

I am not posting pics, most were questionable. Google is your friend.

After thinking about it some more.

7 was definitely the weakest of the last 3. I like it but the story just didnt hold up to the previous two. There was almost too much going on with the plot/story.

Why the hell do they make Dom out to be some all knowing and wise Yoda like character now. Every one of his lines is like the biggest line of a movie.

Needed more of the Rock but apparently his scheduling was too crowded. He is great for this series because the cheesy lines are executed perfectly by him.

Stathams character was really good and im glad they didnt kill him off. I can see him coming back in 9 or 10 if they go that far.

Tyrese's character is pointless now. Besides the Blarab joke, none of his jokes are funny. He really serves no purpose in the group.

I thought they tried a little too hard with including past minor characters into the movie.

The Paul send off was good but I really thought they had about 10 more minutes left in the movie. Movie just kind of abruptly ended imo.

That song that Wiz wrote for the PW stuff.

Dammit I can't make it past the intro without getting a lump in my throat.

Also this movie needed more Rock and Tony Jaa. Jaa was the best part imo.

The droid was ridiculously retarded

Dom and Statham's character driving into each other head on was dumb

They bring back Lucas Black and it's only for one minute

What? The whole leadership bit was hilarious IMO.

He drove me absolutely batshit. I never thought a comic relief could be so obnoxious I know that was their intention with him, but it got to the point where he was just the tiny loud black man--a stereotype I don't find very funny, personally.

I admit I was forced to see this film. I used to love the series. 1-3 were great for me. I barely remember 4, and I never saw 5 or 6. I didn't realize the plot changed dramatically from drag racing with some random "quests" thrown in to being full out CIA-type action film. The over-the-top stunts are ridiculous, but they're good for a laugh and I don't mind them. I just can't handle a seemingly never-ending story that makes hardly any sense.

There were a couple scenes where they showed up somewhere to complete a mission, got shot at/people died, so they jumped into cars and went back home without completing the mission. It was like the creators knew they had to fail a few times to make it a traditional plot, so they wrote it that way without reasoning behind it.

Not a big deal to most, but did it annoy anyone else how old he got since then?

I mean I know Tokyo Drift was in 2006, but good God.

not sure how this annoys you, but he looked exactly the same to me. I remember thinking, he doesn't look any older.

I think it would have been good if it was included in just the initial attack. It went on way too long and resulted in the gang doing that impossible Ramsey transfer between the cars. Also, did they even know the drone was available for use by the enemy? They were pretty much perfectly prepared for something that looks to be a surprise to them.

It was. I think it is equally dumb that Dom could hang with the baddest of the bad arse special forces people in a street fight. The "Street always wins" line was awfully bad.

On another note, Kurt Russels character was awesome. Im glad they didnt kill him off. He needs to be back in the next movie or two.

So Paul Walker and his wife are gone. Lets get rid of Tyrese. I think they should keep Ramsey around for a minor role with Luda as the tech people. Have to have more Rock. Bring back Mr Nobody. I think if you center the movie around the leaders of the 3 'good guy groups'(Dom, Rock, Mr Nobody), it can get back to the level of movies 5 and 6.

Movie was entertaining and the tribute was awesome.

I agree this is the weakest of the last few though. Story line didn't really make sense. Seemed so stupid that they would keep doing all these random "missions" to try and find Jason Statham and kill him yet every time they were doing one of the missions he would show up and instead of trying to kill him they would just run away.

Just watched it. Entertaining. So many bad lines, stupid plot points, unbelievable stunts, but I loved it. The movie didn't give a frick, which made it a lot of fun.

Tyrese was awful. But I still love him.

I remember thinking how stupid the Belgian beer joke was in the first reference, so the fact that they brought it up two or three more times was just amusingly awful.

Tribute was great. Ramsey passes Chris Hemingsworth as the most attractive hacker on the planet.

Saw it last night and thought it was good. Not on the same level as 4, 5 or 6 but stuck to the mantra of the series with over the top action, 140 character or less jokes, and two invincible characters. Some minor spoilers below.

You could tell they had to do a lot of re-write as they had way too much time fillers between showing the team gearing up, final phone, and Letty memory recap. Also, every team scene was ended with a closeup of Walker. They really tried to make him the main focus.

Love the series and feel they did a great job honoring PW and the character in the movie. I do wish they had used Lucas Black more as they will need a new supporting actor for the team and he would have fit in well. Really liked the Hector cameo. Disliked the Letty memory return. Kurt Russell was great. Wish they would have given The Rock a bigger role like in 6.

Michelle Rodriguez is such a laughably bad actress. She was given the toughest role, and she just doesn't have the acting skills to handle such an emotional role.
