Probably some very underwhelming crawfish and corn bisque I made with leftover crawfish from a boil. Without a working kitchen, I tried making it in the crock pot. Really, I should look at recipes more often.

mini-Saveur review…I thought the flatbreads at Saveur were pretty underwhelming….overall not a lot of flavor…the wife enjoyed hers though.
we also tried a cup of soup (some type of snapper and shrimp pepper puree) which we could only eat half of it…was not good at all... it had a dirty taste to it that reminded me of the ocean…not what I'm looking for in a pureed soup
service was excellent though and she even gave us a free vegan flatbread (it was spicy but not flavorful)
happy hour was 4 flat breads (they are small we ate all 4 pretty easily between us), soup, and 1 hopitoulas, 40 after tax/tip
