Message Posted by Roger Klarvin So is Ben Roethlisberger and Peyton Manning
Peyton is almost 40. He shouldn't be compared to a 21 year old in an equal way physically. Peyton has played in the NFL since before Winston could even throw a football.

A lot of the INTs that I saw him throw were a result of him trying to do too much. He didn't look quite as good his second year bc he simply didn't have the supporting cast. Kelvin Benjamin was a huge loss.

Superstar like JaMarcus Russell superstar? Then I agree.

Manning wasn't exactly known for his physique in college either

I think the common trait amongst NFL QBs who are successful is intelligence. All of them seem to be intelligent people…catch my drift

Yeah and Jameis has been praised for his football IQ and intelligence on the field and as a leader. So there goes that ignorant, circle-jerk theory.

Jameis will not live up to his ceiling, doesn't mean he won't have success though

Admitted to Stanford has to count for something, right?

What makes you think this before he's even taken a snap in the NFL? Hell he's not even on a roster yet.

Well he had to get in shape for the combine, not a good sign of his work ethics

Wouldn't say he's gonna be a super star. But yea he's gonna be a good NFL QB. And I'm not a Winston fan at all either. But his abilty, talent, football IQ, and coming from an NFL system speaks for itself.
But I wouldn't say super star.
