No it wasn't. The defense is what made that 2011 offense. They broke teams' spirit, and kept giving the ball back to the offense.

This is an incredibly asinine comment. The 2011 offense was very limited, but its deficiencies were masked by arguably the best defense and special teams groups in school history. The SECCG is a perfect microcosm of how that team dominated opponents without doing much at all on offense

Agree with 1987 being up there...also agree 2012 had a lot of injuries and other personnel loses that hurt.

and i argued that during 2011 before the SECCG and certainly before 1/9/12
