UPDATE: Frat boys pissed at stolen dance move

My roommate posted a video involving a particular dance move and was almost immediately told to remove it by some frat members who claimed that it was created by them and associated with their frat. Their leader also called him and tried for 30 minutes to convince him to remove it.
He was asking my opinion on it and it seems like a really difficult topic, although I told him these frat guys most likely have zero case because the dance move is too generic and they likely have no proof of creating it.
Does anyone here know anything about this topic?
*UPDATE: Couldn't get the video while protecting my roommate's identity, but it's a 10 second clip of him and his sister doing a dance apparently associated with Kappa Kappa Alpha. He was copying his sister doing it as a joke about who could do it better.
Members of the frat began cursing him out, saying the video was "disrespectful", and that he'd be smart to take it down. The adult leader of the frat even called him and said it was offensive to the frat and that he should take it down. Some members had reported it.

Sounds like Sparky the choreographer is running his old scam again. This time selling the same moves to frats along the south.

I can't tell if you're serious or not.

Share the video? It sounds stupid, no way the frat has a case.

Kappa Kappa Alpha isn't a frat.
