Any decent fast food salads?

Trying to eat a little better but I'm on the go a good bit and have to eat out quickly

Nutrition info on all fast food salads is easily available online. I think the Wendy's salads aren't horrible. Decent amount of protein in most of them, including nuts.

If you have a Zaxbys in your area they have really good salads. Or you could stop in a grocery store and grab a premade bag of salad, a bag of cooked chicken breast strips and a pack of dressing. This is what I used to do when I traveled a lot with my job.

Chik-Fil-A tastes okay with dressing, but it's not better for you than a plate lunch with vegetables (if you've got such an option locally).

Jason's Deli has some good salads. Is that considered fast food? Probably not. The Nutty Mixed Up Salad is delicious, and you can get a slightly smaller version to cut some calories.
