In my years of experience, most black women do not like to see white men succeed. Just the way it is. That's from school having black women teachers, to having them as my boss a few different times.
The one that was my boss wouldn't let me take off 3 days for vacation, but let the black girl take off the same amount of time to go to the protest march for the Jena 6
She also forced her way into her managerial position by threatening to file a racism suit (city government) if they didn't hire her.

I'm really not making this up. Its happening.
And yes I'm keeping a copy of all the emails and texts she has sent me in the situation where I do feel the need to lawyer up.

Didn't do so hot as an undergrad and went in to an interview with a bank that didn't have one white person in it. Got asked to come back the following day, at which point they told me they were surprised I came back. Proceeded to ask if I was sure that I wanted the job. Thankfully they didn't give it to me.

I personally would turn it into a kind of a game...for instance, when she says that you are struggling, turn it around by replying with something like "actually, I am kind of bored...I see that everyone else is having a hard time getting their work done, but I am finished with mine. maybe I will see if I can show the others how to work more effeciently"...

I think shes racist against white people. She talks bad about past workers and both of them just happen to be white. How much of a leg would I have to stand on a discrimination case?
