I remember it. It was before I posted.

He would bring these ridiculous stories to the OT, get called out for being a total liar, then throw the whole "Jeeze, guys, I'm just having fun on a sports message board, lighten up, won't ya?" card.

Two weeks later, it's "I hate my job, what am I doing with my life?!?"

A classic, no doubt. That was before he discovered the humble brag. Now it's "Have I lost a superhuman amount of weight? It's only been a couple of weeks and I'm getting svelte!"

Back in the day, you'd think he got the hostages out of the embassy in Iran.

I can gain or lose 10lbs in a day, so you're good. I weighed 187 last week, and 173 yesterday and haven't done anything different at all

FWIW, I'd say MJ2 is 5'9 or so and regular build.

The first ten or fifteen pounds usually come off pretty quick and then you slow down to a more regular weight loss. I'm Thinking ideally a couple of pounds a week. I Know that you are going through a bad spot right now but if there is anything I can do to help I will.
