AH trucker sped up when she was trying to merge... She had her blinker on, why didn't he just let her in... He saw she was trying to pass with the slower truck in the R lane...

I say the trucker is at fault. He clearly sped up to cut off the driver.

Truck driver should not have been in the left lane. It was obvious he was holding up the flow of traffic by the way those cars were trying to pass him on the right. if he would have been in the right lane , like he is supposed to be, this accident never happens.

Just because she wants over and has her blinker on, it doesn't absolutely mean that the move is THERE. He as a dick about it nonetheless, but too many people think it's their right to merge just because they are signaling...everyone get out of their way, stop, slow down, etc. I'd say both are at fault though.
The truck being in the left lane for such a long period of time is a huge red flag against him as well.

The trucker is a dick and was in the left lane but that women driver is an idiot. Putting on your blinker does not give you the right to change lanes.

Whether the truck should have been in the left lane or not is irrelevant to the issue of the wreck. He was in the lane and has no legal responsibility to slow down and let her in regardless of her blinker. Even if he's being a dick by speeding up, he has no obligation to let her in just because she puts her blinker on.
A blinker isn't there to say "Hey motherfricker, this is what I'm doing and frick you if you don't like it", it's there to say "this is my intent".
As the driver changing lanes it's her responsibility to make sure she has enough room to do so. She didn't. She gambled that she could force her way in just so she wouldn't have to wait behind the other, slower 18-wheeler. She lost. Maybe she'll learn a lesson from this.

I dont hear an enginr rev up at all which usually driving a heavy truck you hear it working a little bit even if its a slight change. I dont think he sped up i think she was starting to slow down with truck ahead getting close. Either way even if he did speed up its still her fault
