Weed control suggestions?
How is the Bayer Long Weed Control for Lawns (6 month)?
The reviews online are good.

If you have new varieties of St.Aug it'll kill it.

Crabgrass is an annual. It is just now about to germinate. Best thing for that is a crabgrass preventer, put down asap. The stalk weed I'd have to see a picture of to tell what it is.

My crabgrass is year round

Improved variety. Basically if the st.aug that is currently there came from laying sod at some point then it is probably an improved variety meaning it is susceptible to 2-4D. Whatever product you use will list approved applications.
I like atrazine in st.aug for broadleaves. Then get a crabgrass killer.

Do I need to do a post and pre emergent now? Or should I spray post emergent for clover then do pre emergent?

Pre-emergent for crabgrass now. It's safe to spray broadleaves, like clover, until the temps hit 90

Anything to watch for with centipede?

I cut down a tree and now have a 10' circle of dirt where I need the grass to grow. what should I do to grow some grass there?

Centipede is sensitive to 2,4D. Make sure you calibrate and mix accurately.

What is a good crabgrass preventer? I want to lay some down this weekend if not too late. And does anyone have a good place to go buy this stuff in Lafayette? I would like to avoid the high dollar big box stuff if possible.

So I've got half Bermuda half centipede lawn.
Going to put down crabgrass control now.
Do I need to spot treat the seeds with 2-4d? Or spray the whole yard? Or spread a dry type?
And once it's time to fertilize, Do you suggest a particular formula?

NOLA- if you want to carefully spot spray the broadleaves, that can be done also.
Sport- how widespread your broadleaf problem is should dictate whether spot spraying would be too big of a pain in the arse. Centipede and Bermuda call for different concentrations of Trimec-type products, so spot spraying would be best if at all possible

Thanks!
What is this...Bermuda grass? I am fairly certain its not torpedo...I have had the misfortune at my last 2 houses to have dealt with that stuff. I am pretty sure I have seen Bermuda in my garden area...this just looks a little different...longer leaves on the end.
