I got use to drinking coffee at night while I was in the Army, pulling Staff Duty and out in the field. Got to the point I'll get jittery if I try to go to bed without it...like withdrawals

I typically drink 1-3 cups daily. We ran out of coffee yesterday and my wife was complaining about a headache last night.
I'm not addicted and drink coffee because I think it tastes good, I could drink 2 cups and fall right asleep.
