Weak sauce bro! Sorry for that mirror I held up in front of you.
Carry on.

Just what Merica needs...a faux Japanese item that's too big to fit into one's mouth.

Idiots here in San Francisco line up around the corner to get this shite. Can't understand why you would do that to good fish. And if the fish ain't good then why you eating it. Must be for the Tilapia eating crowd.

I love sushi but I think the texture of it in burrito form would make me feel queasy.

Again, this should be obvious to anyone who can get over the gimmicky aspect of it and realize it's a failure in both idea and execution. No doubt morons will still line up around the block for it I'm sure.

All it needs is some Nutella for the trifecta

I don't think making something great means making it where you'll get bites with only 1 item. The whole reason sushi is bite-sized is so you get the flavor of everything in each bite. With this, you're gonna get a bite of straight avocado.. a bite of just rice.. etc.
Also, seaweed is way too tough to take a bite out of it like that. You ever try to take a bite of a larger roll? The seaweed totally fricks it up.

Ehh...I'm not saying I would eat at this place every week. But I'm willing to give this sushi/burrito a try.

looks great, but I'm not sure about a sheet of nori as a burrito

This is the R2R I enjoy the most.
FWIW, I would not eat that. What a mushy-looking mess.

I made some Sushi Jambalaya with leftover sushi ingredients one time. Sushi rice with bits of fish, avocado, cream cheese cubes and strips of nori. Top with light soy sauce with wasabi blended in.

My guess on the "sustainability" bit is that it's the more acceptable way of selling "you'll consume less fish but still feel full."
I'd be willing to give it a go, but I would have very low expectations.
