Speak for yourself.

I'm 6 foot 5 and 245 pounds of raw masculinity. Just ran the 40 in 4.32 seconds. Laser timed.

I'll bet there are damn few on this board who EVER ran a 4.6.

Considering guys like Jerry Rice and Jeremy Hill didn't ever run that fast I would have to agree with you
The number of people in the general population who "use to" run 4.6 is comical.

People see times on websites and say, "well, if 4.4 is fast, then I must at least run like a 4.7 cause there's no way I run slower than that fat tackle".

Um yeah, you almost certainly do.

These guys are ALL freak athletes. If you think half your high your HS football team ran a 4.6 and all the skill position players ran 4.5s, then your team better have beaten the frick out of EVERYONE they played.

^^^ this 5.1 for a guy his size is moving. Id be willing to bet that less than 15% of 20-30year old males can run a sub 5.0 laser time 40. I ran a 4.9 in high school hand timed at 185 lbs and I bet Collins would smoke me.We timed a local high school (for a college assignment)with laser equipment and only ONE kid broke 5.0. We couldn't believe it.

A better question would be what is the average vertical of an OT'er. I would bet most would say at one point theirs was over 30 inches which is higher than the average NBA player.

I'm 6' tall and used to be able to grab the rim, but not dunk. Don't know what that translates to.

I think my vertical was 24 when we tested in high school.

Couldn't even get 135 up once, but my best friend couldn't either and we were keeping count so we told the coach we each did it once
