i ran a 4.6 electronic in high school.. i was also 5'7 160 lbs

unfortunately i wasn't that good

4.6 timed in HS as well at 5'11 165, was very fast and athletic. played safety. i remember feeling like that was such a terrible number because it wasn't 4.4 or 4.5.

but who cares? even though i still weigh the exact same, i'd probably run a 5 now.

OP, don't stress over those people, I am very sorry about your loss.
