Anyone ever order kitchen appliances from ajmadison

building a new house, and looked at ordering my new appliances from ajmadison. with the no tax and free shipping it would save a bit of money. Has anyone had any experiences with them good or bad?

The price for the gas cooktop I want is very good, but they don't ship Thermador products to my area.

Check out USAppliance.com as well. They ship for free and no taxes too. I built in 2013 and bought all of our appliances there .

You go through the authorized factory repair centers. They will send a technician to your home .
If you do buy online check the merchandise really well before you let the delivery truck leave. I bought mine a couple months before I needed them due to a sale. The boxes all were good. when I opened the dishwasher box it was crushed on the inside. I called US app and the sent me a new one after a little fussing. It looks like it was damaged at the factory and put in the box anyway.

no, but I have ordered from appliances connection.com - very good service. Delivered by JB Hunt final mile. I had in-stock Washer and Dryer in 7 days from ordering. First time I've ever done that and would do it again. They carry a wide range of brands from basic to high end.No tax and free basic shipping or relatively inexpensive setup.
