Not every QB can be that decisive with the ball that quickly. It's a copycat league so if it were that easy they would all be doing it.

Was he making reads on most of them though? It looked like set underneath get the ball out quick routes. Great gameplan by the Pats

This makes no sense. The Patriot's offense uses option routes almost exclusively against the zone.

Look. I'm not here to shite on Brady's skills. Not here to claim he isn't good at QB. But I can and will prove that he doesn't do much in the patriots offense. Tonight he did VERY little and did not make many "read"

I'm a damn Bucs fan. I have nobody to put ahead of Brady. It's just obvious to me that he's very overrated. That's all.

Yup. That is why I thought the Pats would win. They would throw a million screen to Edelman and vereen and load up that side with blocks. Quick releases and banking on some YAC is how the pats were gonna get it done.

Saw you post this weeks before the game.

I just don't understand why people watched the game and came away thinking Brady was good. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna start a thread detailing(with proof) all of his throws tonight. Showing that Matt Ryan would be the perfect patriot QB. frick, you could have made half of the throws.

Y'all keep laughing but nobody can explain or list Brady's toughest throws from tonight. They were easy. They were almost all part of an easy to read predetermined system. Someone please stop laughing and list the above average throws Brady made tonight.

I don't have an agenda fricking a.

That's something I can't answer well enough for you. Either way I have eyes, as do you, and it's obvious that they don't ask Brady to do much of anything for them. fricking Christ, again, I'll ask, what were his best 4 passes?

Everything to me looked like screens, slants, and predetermined throws. Would be glad to be wrong. But none of you assholes have anything to say about the subject.

You are underestimating what Brady does presnap and reading coverages

Great QBs make it look east when it's extremely hard.

Would you be more impressed with Brady if he had thrown10 more passes down field and lost the game with 4 interceptions?

Did you really not know Josh McDaniels is the OC?

Their offense is a mix of designated throws on pre-snap reads and option routes

He has to know what every receivers options are against the alignment and see the same things they all see

When he holds it and manipulates the pocket he has to re-read the adjustments and then fit the ball in windows

This is incredibly complex. This is also why Chad Johnson was a total non-factor in NE, he simply couldn't learn the offense and couldn't get on the same page with Brady.

Since Seattle is fairly vanilla a lot of the designated throws were what you may be calling "easy."

When Seattle switched up their looks, the option routes started kicking in, and these are the harder throws. If you think it is easy then you don't understand modern pro football. None of this is easy.

He didn't do this. At all. OMG.

No? Probably not. That's a ton of INTs. Idk what to say here. He didn't do shite. Like, skill was not shown. Maybe throwing tough passes down field would have impressed me. They would have actually.

Idc that he doesn't do it though. Just wondering why people don't acknowledge that Brady doesn't do anything...

c'mon, dude, c'mon. Welcome to the NFL. Are you serious? They all do this.

He's average or below average at this...

Really?! Coming in hot with Chad Johnson?!

I think it is very easy for pro QBs. I watched every throw he made. They were very easy. He threw 3 TDs in the Indy game. What do you think of all 3? Here's a hint, they were fricking easy. There's literally no debating.

Wait so the Patriots for the first time all season stopped doing presnap read motions and options? Goddamn you might be right that McDaniels is a genius to completely change his offense in 2 weeks.

Yes, winning the SUPERBOWL against the NFLs #1 Defense is pretty easy. Anyone could do if
