I don't dislike them, but they aren't my favorite style. I usually drink one and say, "That was good. I won't have another."

Next up and LBD Boulevard Bourbon Barrel Quad
Interesting. I was immediately struck by the clarity of the beer. Despite the rich, amber/brown hues, it borders on the verge of translucent, or at least as much as you can be given the color. Very "loose" but prominent head. Two highly attractive beers in a row, not a bad day. A lot of fruit on the nose, raisin, cherry, and not incredibly boozy. Flavor echoes that with a hint of vanilla, some slight oak, a little booze, the aforementioned fruits, some caramel. Pretty good beer. It lacks the sweetness that I find off-putting in some quads.
Again, another big thank you to my trading partner.

They are just not my thing. I've had some of the ones that are highly rated. I like them fine, but I don't love the style.
