quote:

Georgia State University students will have the option of selecting roommates of a different gender in the fall.

The school plans to begin offering that housing option in all of its residence halls. Students wanting this type of housing arrangement have to notify housing officials of their preference when applying for housing assignments. Student not wanting to opt-in to gender-inclusive housing will be assigned dorms the traditional way, based on sex.

In a few years the headline will read "Georgia State leads all colleges in student pregnancies".

That could go two ways. Hot roommate to hook up with when you're drunk or horny, or homely cow that tries to jump in bed with you when you want no part in that

SJW's: There should be gender-neutral facilities! We need to stop seperating genders!

SJW's: Men are "raping" women in College dorms!!!

Spending my freshmen year sharing a dorm with a female would have been terrible.

I'd get the fattest smelliest chick in the state. I just know it. Really is playing Russian roulette.

I prefer for my roommate a broad with no morals and the body of a porn star.

Well it will be cool when it does lead to FWB situations but what about when she brings home two dudes and her male roommate has to watch/listen to it?

I've heard of co-ed floors, but never co-ed roommates.

I feel kinda old.

I dont see anybody actually doing that, except for high school couples. But few high school relationships last into college, so that will be very awkawrd when they break up

But most schools have co-ed dorms, meaning males and females rooms are located on the same floor. That is good enough for me. Because you can still meet plenty of females that way.
