Who else is in this misery with me?
I would beat the hell out of my own mother for a dip right now....not ok.

Sunflower seeds and chewing gum are your friend.

The third day is the worst.
Each day gets a little easier here on in.
Hang in there.

I am on year 4 and still have cravings every now and then. Stick with, I sleep better, don't shite nearly as much and feel a lot better than I did when I was doing it

Day 5 of no cigarettes and I feel great.
I do think about them quite a bit though.
I've been running and that helps, actually.
The weekends are the hard part for me, when I start drinking a lot.

I officially "quit" August of 2013. Haven't had a dip at all since the end of deer season 2014 though. So just about a year.
Hang in there
ETA after 2 weeks it wasn't so bad, after a month I only got cravings when I drank. Dipped when drinking once every month or 2. Tried it sober in December 2013 and January 2014 again when hunting. I got so sick off of it each time, because I would do it a week or 2 apart, that by the end of the hunting season the smell made me nauseous. Every now and then I crave it again but if I smell it they immediately go away.

Good luck. I'm on day 4 or so. I have quit for months/years at a time over the past 18 yrs. Once I think I quit for 3 years. I can quit for one year, and I still want a dip every single day. I remember after I had quit for 3 years, a friend offered me a dip of Copenhagen snuff. It was a borderline religious experience when I took that dip. It was still the best dip I've ever had. I am happy some people say it gets easier. It's never gotten easier for me.

I've quit multiple times, but the first time I'm on a boat or in a stand I'm starting right back up and that's accepted
