Searched, SIAP.

Low visibility and 'whiteout' conditions are to blame, as well as drivers not leaving adequate space between vehicles. 3 reported fatalities from the accident.

Warning, video may be disturbing to some viewers.

Watching that semi go piling in is tough to watch. He went from 30- 40 mph to a dead stop in less than a second by piling into the back of two truck trailers while 50k lbs pushing into his back.

ETA: Wasn't in that video in the link, but I saw another video where a red Peterbilt pulling a flatbed went right into the middle of the pileup. Here's the video: LINK

Scary seeing the people walking around the scene.

Trauma can rob your senses, assuming you have any.

Watch this traffic DOT camera video that has a better view of a pileup in Wisconsin.

40 or so vehicles involved in it.

If you in a car and hit the pileup, hopefully you can get out before a truck smashes into you.

Only one truck (at the end of the video) came up slow and short.

Hearing the child call for "daddy" and crying was disturbing, though it looked like the child was scared not hurt thankfully.

Stuff like that is why I'm terrified to drive in cold weather like that. No thanks.

People drive like fricking retards every day on my way to work. It's scary how carelessly some people drive.

No body wanted to grab the red road flares from the Semi's? Could of placed them on the side of the highway up the road to grab some sort of attention.

Wait wait, too busy recording people die. I got it, thanks for standing by.

That's insane. Imagine what would happen if they didn't shut down the interstate when it snows down here.....
