i dare you to find even one post saying it "was not a big deal". because that's not the same as saying he was overrated and cost us games and put an unfair burden on the rest of the staff because he was too lazy to recruit.

just because we haven't replaced him yet doesn't mean he cant be replaced.

It shouldn't be (and yet still may not be) if the search is handled competently and professionally.

There are talented coaches out there but you have to identify them and sell them on the program.
