Does it matter who runs behind this o-line? Until we upgrade significantly at the o-line, it won't matter at all.

I hope your thinking this would be in later rounds... The saints need help in a lot of areas that no RB should be taken early

You had me at "If we don't resign Ingram"...

Gurley...but it's not happening.

O-line, D-line, DB, LB...let's fill the priority positions.

Don't overpay for a RB. It's no longer a position worth breaking the bank over. We traded up for Ingram as a knee jerk reaction (due to injuries) and we've never come close to getting a return on our investment. Don't make the same mistake again.

If someone falls to the 3rd round...take him. Otherwise...NO!!!

If Gurley didn't have the injury problems, it'd be him no brainer. Melvin Gordon is pretty damn awesome.

Best available RB in the 4th+ RD. RBs with Ingram's skill set are a dime a dozen.

I view that as a plus, might knock him down a round.

I'm sure there are quite a few teams hoping for the same. His scouting combine results (if he participates) will be interesting.

Gurley is a different breed. Violent power back with sprinter speed. Someone is going to get a steal with Gurley. That's got ozzie newsome pick written all over it

Well Melvin Gordon was carrying an offense by himself without a passing game in a power 5 conference. That guy is legit.

Is Tevin Coleman declaring? I'd take him.

The line is way more important than the RB. I don't care who leaves, having just Khiry Robinson and Pierre Thomas with a mid-round pick and UDFA will be enough.

This. If they waste another 1st or 2nd on a RB, I'm going to be pissed.

Isn't he a junior? I hope he would declare. Dude had almost 2,000 yards this season.

Yep. He would definitely be a good 2nd or 3rd round addition if he declares. All depends on if the FO decides to resign Ingram though.

He actually went over 2,000 yards.

Junior running back Tevin Coleman became the 18th player in FBS history to reach 2,000 rushing yards in a single season. He ranks 15th on the all-time list with 2,036 rushing yards.
