Yes, but you have your side if the aisle, so, I doubt you would agree with me. The lack of a singular picture or comment painting police as targets does not negate the narrative of racial violence that has been pushed in response to the recent incidents. Although I do not place these deaths at the feet of the mayor or media, if we were to apply levels of blame in regards to Palin, DeBlasio, and the media, the latter two would far outshine the former. You have your already formed opinions, but if you are unable to view those situations objectively, I cannot help you.
The media nor the mayor has pushed anything remotely in favor of violence against police.
Right. You don't blame the media or the mayor but if we did, they are more at fault.
I love conservatives. It is all about personal responsibility, but let's blame the mayor and the media. I have yet to see one conservative ever blame the media for anything good that happens. Amazing how that works.

It won't take long for the city to slip back into the darkness of pre-Giuliani days. Think 1980's NY. Or post 60's Detroit, Washington DC. Unintended consequences of PC politics.

Do you remember what NYC was like in the late 80's?

Yes - lets blame Blasio, Obama, Holder, and the media - they have been stoking this bullshite for years.
In the past few months they have blown it to a fever pitch.
IF whoever did this has ANY connection to the 'protests' aka thug rioters, aka SWJ pissants, then everyone from Obama on down needs to get on their knees and plead for forgiveness.

will be interesting to see if the mayor will be welcome at the funeral

Praying for the families. Hopefully the suspect burns in hell for all eternity

That might have a little to do with the fact that people don't place blame when something good happens, dummy.

Were you one of the 224 pieces of human excrement that liked the killer's post? You seem to share many of their values based on your posting history.

How utterly naïve! The media doesn't have to make 'in your face' statements to provoke! Read between the lines, if you're able. It's really not that difficult. And the fact of the matter is that two cops are dead and they were killed by a coward who was out to kill cops.
Posted on 12/20/14 at 4:55 pm to BuckyBadger
Hey Bucky, Have you ever heard a conservative chant "Whadda we want"...."dead cops". "When do we wan it"...."now"?

I hope they would turn their backs to him if he does.
That piece of shite should be harassed out of office.

Blaming the media and politicians for murders perpetrated by thugs.
Sounds familliar.

The coward chose two female cops as targets, after supposedly killing his girlfriend earlier that day. This wasn't some organized attack, just some nut inspired to violence by the crap he sees on TV or the Internet.

Right. You don't blame the media or the mayor but if we did, they are more at fault.

Personally, I don't like Palin, but I refuse to place blame where I know it doesn't belong.
The only people at fault here and in the Giffords shooting are the gunmen.
I distrust and largely dislike the police, but I abhor directionless, emotional, goalless violence even more. This individual is a pathetically small-minded, weak excuse for a human being and society is better off with his removal.

Where are you getting your info? I'm checking NYTimes and there isn't anything like that there.

Yeah - because they did nothing to exacerbate the 'protests' with their coverage and public proclamations.
They pleaded for reason and truth and did nothing to sustain the rioters protesting things that didn't happen.

A lot of people, particularly on this board, have been trending that way, but with the recent events and the left's response to them, I see support for the police increasing.

You may as well blame all gun violence on politicians and the media.. oh, and blame the guns too.
