that is correct and many martial arts experts have already said that. But if you look in that other thread,Efrad clearly tells us it was an illegal choke hold. It's disgusting the narrative of this whole thing and how blindly people are following the false story.

Ok so its not murder. Doesn't mean its not anything.

And there you have it. Watch the video.

If the standard for deeming the maneuver a chokehold is the application of pressure to the windpipe, and the medical examiner listed compression of the windpipe as a contributioning factor to death (from what I've read), is the officer lying or is the medical examiner wrong?
Posted on 12/11/14 at 7:47 am to Turbeauxdog
He didn't say compression of the windpipe. Get your facts straight.

Is any compression of the neck a "chokehold" as the NYPD defines chokehold?
Posted on 12/11/14 at 7:52 am to the808bass
Nope and am not arguing the point you think you are going t counter.

I'm on my phone. Can someone quote the NYPD policy on chokeholds?

Let's do a hypothetical here seeing as to how you're going to be a doctor.
You're a surgeon doing a procedure but somewhere during that time you make a monumental accidental mistake during the surgery that costs your patient's life.
Are you just as guilty of death as this cop? Should there be some kind of criminal justice directed at you like you think this cop deserves?

Google "doctor negligent homicide" and come back and let us know what you found.

I'm definitely not "making shite up" but I have relied on reporting and haven't read the report myself.
You would say this article is an inaccurate assessme of the examiners report?

I think the whole issue with this case is that people are looking at it immediately from the perspective of "this isn't right." I just think that's not fair minded. If you don't assume nefarious purposes or unconscious bias that works in A nefarious way, and you just ask yourself how did they arrive at this decision, you can see several avenues but which they did so.
That says nothing about the way the grand jury process worked, or the way that it should work. I'm just talking about this case. And the facts. And the law. Not a social crusade
