Jennings actually made plays

Thats a stretch.

Accounted for over 200 yards of offense. But no...he sure as hell didn't make plays.

I think it was easily the best game plan this year by far. The only complaint I have is why not implement this in the spring & fall? This should of been our offense the whole year and by now we would have it perfected!! Would probably be 10-2 rightnow, maybe even better?? It's scary to think what BH could do with this same offense and it's the offense I thought we would run this year. BH would thrive in this offense. Mixed up with some power run and pro style offense, roll outs, screens, counters, good pa fakes. We need our TEs to step up man!!! Then is we could get these HBs and FBs involved using the whole offense and the whole field efficiently while getting on a roll, they would be unstoppable!!!

OP- you think if we would have deployed the A&M offense early in the season we would have beat

Moo State?
Um, nope. Game was much worse than the score. If we scored more, they would have put 50 on us

Arkansas?
If you also swap the kickers against Arkansas, I think we could have won. If we make FGs, we're in the Arky until the end. More offense and we could have taken them.

I will take the coach and offense that has lead to the LONGEST streak of 8+ win seasons in the NCAA FCS ... it seems to be working pretty consistently despite what many fans spew.

8 plus wins is for the ole miss/ a&M folks. This is LSU we should want NC's every year and not settle for 8 win seasons. Am i wrong for wanting better than average for the tigers .Is it wrong to want your QB to get better throughout the season? The gumps seem to handle turnover pretty well why not us?

The pick/rub play for Diarse's wide open TD was well designed by Coach Cam! Glad they picked up the flag on that one, the call could have gone either way.

And they will also continue their self righteous name calling leading up to next year when they will be burping their scripted excuses, "next year", "we're young", and "BH just isn't ready". It sounds like some politicians talking to the "stupid" American voters which we have recently heard about.

You call that mess a game plan? Really? That netted 20 points on a team giving up 29 ppg.

give them all the credit. I mean after 4 losses, it's all about moral victories.

are you stupid or something? We didn't get a moral victory, we won outright, 23-16 was the final score. LSU had the 23. A&M had the 16. WTF?

A tight end caught a pass, so there is that.

Did we make some adjustments? Yes.

Glad we won? Absolutely.

Are the offensive problems solved? No.

Perspective - TAMU's DC was just fired.

Show continued improvement against a decent D in a bowl game, and perhaps we can say things are getting better.

Well, since TE's comprise 11% of our total 85 players compared to QB's that comprise 2.4% then it obviously important to have lots TE's as a part of our team since one could get hurt. It goes without saying that since our TE's get throw to so often that should be a given.

Another factoid is Jennings is a stud QB--ask Les. Then again that may be why Miles gets no credit

I wonder if the same people bitching about the game and a WIN, bitch about their job performance also. I'm sure they go to work, and bitch that the intern should replace the owner because the owner has not one clue.

Nobody is saying this team is perfect, it has it FLAWS, and to say that Jennings can't improve is moronic. If Harris wants the starting position, he has to TAKE it. Everybody with half a brain can see he is more physically gifted than Jennings. I'm sure Harris KNOWS what he needs to do, just as well as Jennings knowing what he needs to improve on. They BOTH will make each other better and in turn make the TEAM better.

I guess you have trouble with Reading Comprehension, we are discussing the history of comments that are continually used as excuses as to why for whatever the team did poorly, and the next and so on

Frankly I am glad the refs made the NON-Call, it gave me the experience of what it must be like to be a bama fan, always knowing you got the break and pretending you didn't. Now I know they do know.
