Say you are good enough to go pro (but not 1st round pick good) and there is no guarantee on having a great career in the NFL.

Would you play for an SEC school with a better chance to go pro or would you rather get a degree at Harvard?

I gotta be honest, I'd go to Harvard and get a degree from a world class institution. There is less of a chance of being millionaire but I would still be set up for a fruitful career. But I'm also very unathletic and value education over sports.

Harvard. Even though it's a long shot, you could still play in the NFL.

degree at Harvard?

absolutely. I'd do my best to kick arse in school there and get into their law program or another tier 1 ivy for law school and make bank.

If I have a chance to go to Harvard for free or drastically reduced price, I go to Harvard. I know they don't offer athletic schollies, but there are ways if they want you.

Sec west school. That would prepare me better for my NFL career even if I'm not a 1st round pick.

If you are good enough to go pro, the answer is the SEC. You are set with a job regardless especially if you are a good student.

Might as well take a shot at having the best nfl career you can

I'd go to Harvard, I'd sell out. Start wearing $3000 suits as everyday wear. Drive a Ferrari California or something with my TD username as my license plate.

Harvard doesn't offer athletic scholarships so you'd have the same chance to go there whether or not you're an athlete.

Eta: Well I'm sure it's a lot easier to get accepted if they want you to play football.

Are you kidding? I would take the degree at Harvard in a heartbeat. If you have that opportunity, frick sports.

Stupid question.
