Whatever fixed blade I can find at the time. (I'm a knife losing SOB)

My current soon-to-be-lost knife is a swingblade, though.

my approach to deer cleaning has evolved over the years.
I used to use a "hook" blade to gut the deer, then a large fixed blade to start skinning. Sometimes did finish skinning with a large filet knife.
Today, I use whatever knife Tboys slaughter house uses!

I didn't know about the 2 lower knives in this picture, definitely going to get them. No slippery handles to deal with, easy cleanup, and surgical precision is instinct with one of these in your hand.
