The problem with that is eventually he will get killed.

It's always a threat, but Jennings seems to be pretty decent at avoiding big hits.

Roll him right, roll him left, mix in shovel passes, mix in a pocket pass deep ball, quick slants (although he hasn't looked great throwing these).

Just anything but the same old pocket passes over and over again.

I'm not trying to knock Jennings at all...just an open question

...also what's going on with the Harris and coaching staff? Anyone have an idea?

I agree with TigerNSac he is dead on and we need to see change even if we see Zero at least try something different.

He was NOT ever indecisive with JJ/JL. Other than when Hillar Moore took JJ out of the game, Less kept sending him out there no matter how horrific he was. We are experiencing a rerun that will persist for two more miserable years. I would like to be proven wrong, but he is a really stubborn man, and 3 years of data (plus this one) suggests a bad outcome.

Just by watching Harris on the sideline

You ever watch AJ's facial expressions. He wins no awards in Body Language for leadership.

He always appears, angry , frustrated, confused, defeated

Oh and pushing the hand of the ref away-- Really? Many coaches would have benched him for that alone

Jennings has looked this way in almost every game he's ever started.

I still think harris will never play another down for LSU... and him following 15 coaches all of a sudden on twitter tells me the writing is on the wall.

However, it is always a coach's job to play and coach to his players' strengths. We haven't done that this year.
Im sorry.. What exactly are Jennings' "strengths?" He plays hard and throws a good long ball. Other than that, what are his his strengths and how would you base your play calling on them other than running 75% of the time and heaving a long one to his only target like they do already? Serious question.

Harris just mopes around with the headset on during games. I watch him every week. Do you ever see him next to Jennings or Kragthorpe on the sideline discussing things? Next to Kragthorpe when he's giving signals?

Literally never. If you aren't playing, you should show the coaches that you are making every effort possible to improve yourself and also to be supportive of your teammates.
NOT a sign of leadership or what you want to see in a potential L.S.U. starting QB. Add the "Doesn't do the work in the film room" thing and you have a potential disaster in the making.

This is how I feel about the situation:
IF BH has some decipline problem that Miles has punished him for and that is the reason he isn't seeing any playing time, then This needs to be known and not kept underwraps. No details but that that is the reason.

IF BH is not being punished then Miles is an idiot for not giving BH as shot in the fourth quarter.

Is this totally on Harris? Jennings looks lost and unprepared and he has been here for two years.

I honestly feel bad for Jennings, but I don't see Les taking him out

I feel bad for the other 84 players and millions of LSU faithful fans that have to live this crap of a passing game. (last in FBS)

Hey I like Jennings because is a Tiger but he isn't talented enough to lead an elite program with high expectations.

Change is coming for him...

AJ=JJ=CLM blind spot

So if Harris allegedly has 'tude
And Jennings does what he does, and not so well
That leaves Kragthorpe, who could hardly do worse than what AJ is doing.
Why not give that kid a try? He could be the next Mauck or Flynn in the rough.

No, but if he is shiteing the bed like the last 10 games he's started and Harris doesn't get in, CLM is a homer! Probably the later!

What if you put Harris in and he can't even score 0 points? That's a risk we just can't take.

Really?!! If you didn't notice, we scored 0 points with Jennings this past week against a team that hasn't win an SEC game in two years. You have a QB that can barely pass for 100 yards against sec competition, and consistently connects on less that 50% of his passes. We can do no worse at this point. If Harris goes out and produces no points(which I don't believe happens), it's a win because at least he will improve and gain experience. Rather lose with another QB than lose with Jennings at this point.
