You can fight it, you can argue it, say what ever you like about them, but when it comes to doing the little things, they simply do them more often than LSU does. I feel like that is a direct relation to Saban. Miles is a great recruiter, and a great person by all accounts, but he will never consistently beat Saban, as Saban has done to him.

Oh they also do one big thing better than LSU, which is recruit QB's who can manage a game. Hell, they have been able to turn a RB into a better QB than LSU has recruited the last 2 years.

That's facts, like it or not.

Sims simply has veteran WRs, and even they had drops.

So why do the officials feel the need to help Bama out if they are coached so much better?

Why does the SEC feel the need to rearrange schedules at Bama's request if Bama is coached so much better?

Les was not outcoached in that game. Bama is very lucky to have won.

That kick doesn't go out of bounds, and this thread does not exist. Just like every other BS thread had Okie State rightfully got in over bama in 2011.

Did you watch the game Saturday? How you can come away from that game and say Bama is clearly the better team and have the better coaches is beyond me.

You people need to give it a fricking rest already. Miles was working Saban the entire night. It was an incredible college football game in which our young guys just didn't make the plays. It happens.

Brilliant comeback. What a well-thought-out argument.

Which team was the better team on paper, Saturday night?

Fair criticism of LSU...but to point to Alabama's current state at QB as a symbol of what they do well is ridiculous.

NO. Over -conclusion. Take away any of 5 or so individual breaks in the game, and LSU wins. The Christian Jones catch at the end. The kick out of bounds. The Vidal shove. These could have happened to players on either team, and any of them likely change who wins. You are dead wrong. No epic battle that is consistently close that either team could have legitimately won can conclude with you are claiming. Coached differently, yes. Coached better, no.

yep.

if Quinn, a freshman, makes any one of his drops into a reception, we win the game

I'm betting he won't make those mistakes next year.

This myth needs to die. It only gave them an extra 10 yards and maybe 5 seconds. They would have gotten in FG range regardless

Of all the things you could relate to LSU's loss this couldn't be further from the truth. Without a QB and a bunch of young players LSU outplayed Alabama for 59 minutes and what happened at the end had little to do with Saban.

Please expand, if it is such an apparent deficiency, what did you see Saturday night that demonstrated your assessment.

LSU played a great game. Sometimes the breaks don't fall in the favor of the good guys.

The BS unsportsman-like conduct against us at the end cost us 7. They were not going to stop us there. Also the non-PI on the last play to tie it up.

SEC Refs = Bama Advantage. Be it AU or the Tide, the Birmingham fix is in. If you can't beat them soundly, your hopes at winning are nil.

It wasn't a fairly officiated game. I'll eat crow with a loss, but losing on shitty calls is a gut punch. SEC knows Bama has a chance to make noise in the playoff and they're gonna do the best to get them there. And that's some real bullshite.
