Wasn't the Saints fault either that Corey Fuller was wide open in the endzone?

Lions deserved to lose vs. Buffalo, since they were terrible in crunch time. Same with Saints vs. Lions. And vs. Cleveland

You'll figure it out.

No obsession I've just noticed differences in people living in Louisiana who favor one fanbase over the other. My team is AZ.

Ok. Wasn't the Saints fault that Golden Tate had a 73 yard TD either.

Your reading comprehension isn't a strong suit, is it? When did i say the Saints should be 7-1? All I said was that they were three extremely close losses away from only having one loss. I'm not making excuses for them, they lost. They deserve, and have, a 4-4 record.
My point of bringing that up was to show that they're still a good team, and to defend why I thought it wasn't far-fetched to have them in the NFCCG with the path I had them predicted on. They've been playing better, and had they been able to close out even only 2 out of the 3 narrow losses, people would be talking about the Saints as one of the best teams in the league at 7-1 or 6-2.
Do 3 or 4 unfortunate/clumsy/boneheaded mistakes really change how good a team is? Because right now that's all that is separating the Saints from one of the best records in the NFL. (Again not making excuses, they made those mistakes and it cost them games, but do you see my point?)

Saints fans aren't near as fair-weather, nor spoiled as LSU fans. If LSU loses they want to clean the house. "OMG FIRE LES. HE ONLY WINS 10 GAMES A YEAR!" Then they win, and it turns into storming the field and "BEST TEAM EVER!"
I'd say Saints fans are far more reasonable although we have some spoiled tools in this fan base as well. Objectively speaking, the last 2 weeks they have looked great. It's quite possible they get on a roll and end up 7-4 after these 3 straight home games. They also get Atlanta and Carolina @ home and play @ Tampa, all three of these teams sucks. It's quite possible they finish 10-6 to 12-4. And if they get in the playoffs there is no team that wants to face them, especially in New Orleans.

Won't happen. There's no team we want to come to the dome more. I pray they have to face us in New Orleans.

They would get their arse beat in the dome. They aren't a scary team this year. The fans would make sure that game is hell for them, and it would likely be louder than any game ever played in there. We want revenge.

There are less scary teams than the defending SB champs.

quote:Yes too bad they aren't good enough to get more than 1 home game max. And you damn near lost to the worst team in the league this year in the dome, the dome in prime time ain't the same as the dome at a noon kickoff. And also these Saints ain't the Saints of Brees's prime.
And if they get in the playoffs there is no team that wants to face them, especially in New Orleans.
