Women put everything on social media - they don't have an unexpressed thought - gen Y/millenials especially and that's even true of many - perhaps even a majority of males of that generation.
Even older gen X females put way too much information on social media. This isn't a surprise, generally, and I'm not sure why you have so much surprise at this specific issue.
