If you say lsu, then how in the heck is OM ranked 15 spots higher than us? Or was our win a fluke/luck?

We lost to Auburn by 5 touchdowns.

Because LSU has 2 losses and Ole Miss has 1
That's how the ranking systems work

Who cares, they don't, so...

The team that has emerged lately would beat them 3-0. The team in September would not have won one in the three..

the reason is purely emotional...we were highly ranked and got beat by what turned out to be two fine teams...so emotion swung the other way to thinking we were really bad. if we win next week, that emotion will swing the other way and probably rank us more highly than we deserve again...

Where are the games played?

Auburn abused LSU in a bad way. LSU has improved since then, but that final score says a lot.

The team that controls the line of scrimmage...and we destroyed Ole Miss on both sides of the ball.

Based on what I saw Saturday, LSU would win at least two out of three. And the committee is a crock of shite.

What'd they get wrong?

I'll assume Baton Rouge, Oxford, and a neutral site. Played right now, I'd pick LSU to win 2 out of 3, only losing in Oxford.

Alot. OM, OK and neb are too high. Lsu is too low.
Posted on 10/29/14 at 7:44 am to CatsGoneWild
How is LSU too low?
How is OM too high? Who should be in front of them based on things that have actually happened and not an eyeball test?

OU ahead of LSU.

Maybe, maybe not. Regardless, it's only one spot, and they didn't get blown off the field in either of their losses. We do have a better win though.

What a difference a good MLB vs a really bad MLB makes...

The team with the best starting pitching and deepest bullpen would be my guess.
