Tailgate stuff getting stolen while at game...

In Tiger Stadium enjoying a great victory only to walk back to the truck and find that my 100 quart ice chest which was about half full of beer and drinks was stolen out the bed of my truck.
Anyone else get hit. Buddy next to us had everything in ice chest stolen but not coolers themselves.
Didn't ruin my night just pisses me off.

No shite, but stuff like that is one reason we bought a suburban.
Picking everything up before the game is a major PIA, but eventually if you leave it out it is bound to happen.

We pick up all our stuff before the game. Usually there is people in our area that do not go to the game. Guess everyone went last night.
Had to be someone with a truck. That cooler is heavy as shite to carry down the street.

I guess you know this now but Never Never Never leave anything in the back of a truck. Assholes target trucks specifically and I have caught guys on several occasions trying to grab stuff out of peoples trucks around the parade grounds.
And they did not look like college students. We learned our lesson the hard way as well loosing 3 ice chests full of beer in one night many years ago.

We are on S Stadium across from Tureaud Hall. Been there for 18 years. Usually a lot of foot traffic. Guess everyone staying at game was a factor.
I only have a pickup so it is what it is. Gonna get some small chain and lock everything to bed hooks from now on.

There was a guy with a 100 qt ice chest selling beer and water by Alex box. I thought it was strange. May have been your ice chest.

That's right where our tailgate is. I haven't been this year however.

Shitty thing is I had the ice chest ratchet strapped down, and they cut the strap to get to it instead of just undoing it. Only got 4 beers for the effort.
