I'm aware.

Doesn't change the fact that on Friday everyone agreed they were a solid win.

Now after LSU destroys them, they suck.

its like it literally hurts them to post anything positive about LSU because they're worried it might be mistaken for something positive about Miles.

thats how miserable these idiots are. look at his post history

How about this, can you have 119 yards in total offense and score 40+? Mizzou did this weekend.

We put up, what, 500 yards of offense against GA last year and what did it get us? A loss.

proof that no one looks at anything but the score.

And we squeaked out a win with Miles rabbit's foot in his pocket
Mizzou scored four special teams or defensive TDs and Miles has a lucky rabbits foot

"Did you see what Mizzou did to Fl in 'the swamp""

I did. Of course when Miles and LSU beat them they are a dumpster fire. When Mizzou gets a total of 19 yards rushing against FL it is a landmark victory.

If Jennings only has to attempt 14 passes against Ole Miss and completes 7, we win running away. If Jennings has to attempt more than 20 passes, we are in trouble.

Yea, this works against UF and KY, but if you think this will work against Ole Miss and Bama's defenses, you're just nuts.

I'm hoping for the best, but I've seen nothing from our offense, especially against the two good teams we've played thus far, that leads me to believe we can pass the ball effectively, which we'll have to do to be able to set up the run.

I'm hopeful, but afraid we're in for a tough next couple of weeks.

It is amusing how, in the minds of some, teams go from good to sucking based on whether we beat them or not.

All the past week I read how this was not the Kentucky of old and probably 20% of those in the picking the game in that thread had us losing at home,a few badly, and probably 80% had us winning a close game.

After the game becomes a walkover type for us, Kentucky suddenly is crap.

While the point of this thread was, I think, how poorly Jennings played vs. Kentucky, the stats showed it to be one of his better outings of the yr. in terms of both passing Eff. and QB rating.

It appears not to matter to some whether the kid has a terrible game or whether he has a steady game of making some plays that help the team while throwing no ints or getting sacked much, he still sucks.

If you think we're gonna have this many rushing yards against a good team with Jennings only completing 7 passes the whole game, you dumb.

The question was whether we can beat good teams with "these stats" and he left out the most important stat from that game. rushes and passes go together. If we are only attemtping 14 passes, that means we are killing it on the ground.

Can we rush for 300 yards against a good team? Maybe, but it would not be expected. I would expect to rush for over 200 though. something like 225 rushing, 150 passing. that would be a "W" against Ole Miss.

It's funny how drastically things change.

2 weeks ago we were going to lose all of our SEC games and finish 4-8 with no bowl. We beat Florida by 3 and were still going to lose the rest of our games with no bowl while Kentucky beats us at home to become bowl eligible.

Now both of those teams are terrible and LSU is going to get crushed by the "good" teams left on our schedule.

Never ceases to amaze with this ignorant retarded fan base we've got.

I wonder where all of those folks will be when we split with Bama and Ole Miss and beat Arkansas and A&M to somehow finish 9-3 and then win a bowl game to win 10 games yet again.

Missouri has about 110 yards on offense last Saturday. You disproved your own point.

Mizzou beat Florida 42-13 with 119 TOTAL YARDS. Stats don't tell the whole story.

Our QBs aren't going to beat many teams throwing it, even the bad teams. That's not going to happen.

Play lights out on defense
Win the TO battle
Great special teams
Success running the ball

That's the only way this team can beat Ole Miss. Fans are dreaming if they think this team can win airing it out.

Sports forums, much like radio call in shows and 24 hr news outlets, are negative or bad news driven vehicles. That's just the way of our world these days.

You add in the number of trolls here pretending to be "LSU fans" or real LSU fans who are spoiled/entitled guys and we get what we get.

But hey, the LSU staff is well paid and LSU is a well respected football school...no reason for us to not have above average QB play more times than not.

Then there's something called improvement. I think we have hit rock bottom with QB situation and have nowhere to but go up.
