What are you most afraid of?

Everyone has fears. Some people fear spiders. Some people fear clowns. Some people fear that somewhere, somehow, a duck is watching them.
But lets toss those rather mundane fears aside. What is it that you truly fear?
For many, it will likely be the simple idea of death. For others, it may be the idea of surviving when everyone else around them does not.
What, deep down in the darkest recesses of your soul, do you fear?
